Mid Century Palm Springs Wedding at Spencer’s Restaurant// Shawna + Travis

If you haven’t heard me blab about how much I love Palm Springs already yet… you’re in luck because i’m going to do it again here. Shawna and Travis, the sweetest couple from Seattle have always had an affinity towards the desert. I met them last year when they came to Joshua Tree for their engagement shoot (a favorite of mine) peep here if you want to see that magic. I was counting down the days until we reunited in Palm Springs for their swanky celebration, and it could never dissapoint. We started the day at the gorgeous Riviera Hotel, and then took a pit stop to run through the desert with their wedding party and lots and lots of smoke bombs. Their ceremony and reception took place at Spencer’s Restaurant, an intimate and bougainvillea filled oasis that feels like a little slice of paradise tucked away among the canyons.Shawna and Travis complimented the bougainvillea perfectly using burgundy and blue accents among candles, mosaic tiles, ombre napkins, dried flowers for their recessional, you name it. Shawna and Travis, let’s do this again sometime soon? K thanks.
